MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE CONTRACTS
Once your wireless network is deployed, Xtivity Solutions provides our clients with aftercare service to ensure that the system continues to perform as expected or take appropriate action in the unlikely event of a fault occurring. We offer a formal Help Desk facility to manage and log any calls, as well as ensure the correct persons are assigned to deal with the support issue or enquiry. A range of support contracts is available from Xtivity Solutions backed up where required with an advanced hardware replacement service from the equipment manufacturers. In the event of a major fault, brand new equipment can be deployed to replace equipment as required.
Maintenance support contracts offered include the following:
- Premium packages provide a 4 working hour response call out with advanced hardware replacement service and include the costs of all labor required for genuine call outs.
- Gold packages provide a next working day call out with advanced hardware replacement service and include the costs of all labor required for genuine call outs.
- Silver packages provide an advanced hardware replacement service which excludes any labor call out charges.
- The Bronze package provides equipment cover only.
Xtivity Solutions’ skilled engineers offer the following Maintenance services:
- Network monitoring
- Data-Center for storage of equipment and services
- Back-up systems (servers and power)
- 24-hour response time for outages and troubleshooting
- All work is guaranteed.
